We are proud to share our plans to develop a new assisted living community in Springfield, Ohio, marking another milestone in our growing senior living portfolio. The Springfield City Commission has approved the rezoning of a 5.82-acre site at the corner of North Belmont Avenue and East Home Road to make way for the project, and we are excited to bring this vision to life for the Springfield community.
Designed with seniors in mind, the three-story, 130-unit building will offer studio and one-bedroom apartments alongside spaces for dining, fitness, socializing, and everyday living — a great example of what we mean when we say Built for Better Living. We believe every detail of a community should support the people who call it home.
