Tom co-founded Leo Brown Group in 2006 and now leads the corporate strategy and business operations for the company. He is a seasoned real estate development and construction executive who is responsible for the oversight of our senior housing developments, pre-construction, construction services, and asset management operations.
With a diverse background in multiple real estate product types, Tom is an expert in all facets of development. Prior to founding Leo Brown Group, he was Senior Director of Development for one of the largest commercial real estate development companies in the country. During his tenure, he directly managed the development and construction of multiple medical office buildings in the Midwest and a series of specialty hospitals in the Southeast.
Tom is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in construction engineering and management. He is also actively involved in several committees with his church, Saint Maria Goretti.
