Kevin oversees Leo Brown Group’s development and construction operations. Kevin’s roles include managing the development operations team, entitlements, due diligence, design, permitting and approvals, bidding, and contracting. Kevin serves as owners’ representative throughout the construction process striving to create a smooth transition of projects from development through construction and into operations.
Prior to joining Leo Brown Group, Kevin was a Vice President of Project Management for one of the largest commercial real estate development companies in the country. He personally oversaw the development and construction of over 14 million square feet of new development projects throughout the United States.
Kevin is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction. Kevin also served in the US Marine Reserves.
