Reserve on Park is a 187-unit, age restricted multi-family affordable housing development which utilized LIHTC financing. The development is located on the north side of Fort Wayne, Indiana, neighboring the Parkview Regional Hospital campus. It is comprised of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, community lounge spaces, game room, fitness center and conferencing/touchdown area. Exterior amenities include private courtyards, dog park and several walking paths.
